All original artworks represented and/or purchased via this web-site (nadiafedotenkova.com) and/or any of their reproductions are and will remain the exclusive property of Nadezhda Fedotenkova and  licensors.

 

When purchasing an original artwork, its usage is strictly limited to interior decoration. 

In case you're interested in commercial licensing of any of my works or you want to place a commission, please contact me directly to discuss the details via e-mail

 

PAYMENTS

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time pre-payment. Pre-payment can be made through direct bank transfer or PayPall. I’ll provide you an invoice after you place the order.

 

SHIPPING

I ship worldwide from Lithuania via Lithuanian postal service. International packages may require customs fees or additional tax levied by the destination country. If applicable, any of the above mentioned taxes and fees are collected at the destination and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping timeframes are also extended for international packages and may run into unforeseen delays, which are out of my control.

 

I try my best to keep shipping rates reasonable and fair.  Shipping rates are calculated based on your address. I mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover the packaging materials (you purchased artwork will be packaged in a cardboard tube and additionally into a plastic envelope). 

 

Original paintings will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the time of the purchase. You will receive the tracking number once the order has shipped.

 

Please note that I can’t take any responsibility for the damage, occurred during transportation. By placing your order, you confirm that you do understand the possible risk of your purchased artwork being damaged during the transportation and you  take full responsibility of the consequences including but not limited to financial loss and moral suffering.  If you want to avoid any risks, you can always visit my studio in Lithuania and buy any of my works in person. 

 

EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on original art.
 

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF AN ORIGINAL ART?

I do my best to use high-quality archival materials in my art pieces to ensure its longevity. Properly cared for, watercolors made with permanent colors on 100% cotton paper are as long-lasting as any other medium. 
However, works on paper, such as watercolors, are inherently fragile because they are painted on natural fiber. Paper is particularly susceptible to damage caused by light. Direct sunlight is damaging to any work of art. Since light is a major catalyst, watercolors should be kept out of direct light and protected by a sheet of filtered glass or acrylic. They should also be mounted in acid-free mat board to keep the paper from discoloring over time.

 

CUSTOMER PRIVACY

Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.
I respect your privacy and will never, ever, ever sell or otherwise give out your information to a third party. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Goods availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for goods
  • Errors in our order
  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

You can cancel your oder only before it hasn't been shipped. In this case I'll refund you within 10 business days. If any expenses have already occurred (including but not limited to purchasing and usage of the packaging materials, refund bank transfer fees) you'll have to cover them. 

 

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

I am constantly updating offerings on this web-site. The Goods available on this web-site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and I may experience delays in updating information. I cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. I reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

 

PRICES POLICY

I reserve the right to revise my prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting me. Please take into account that I'm not a corporate or even a middle-level company, I'm just an artist working on my own and trying to make this world a better place to live in.
